Before AI cites you, be worth citing
Beacon GEO was founded as AI search became a mainstream entry point. We believe GEO isn't about "manipulating AI"; it's about translating what a company genuinely does into language AI can understand, verify, and trust.
Our starting point
Why Beacon GEO exists
Since GEO took off, the industry has had no shortage of "guaranteed AI recommendations." What it lacks is verifiable evidence and honest boundaries.
Two realities coexist: customers are moving to AI search, rewriting the logic of brand visibility; and too many providers wrap results in screenshots and estimates, making rigorous work hard to tell apart from noise.
Beacon GEO exists to bring judgment and evidence back to this industry: judge whether it's worth doing first, then prove the value of every step with verifiable deliverables. Work that can be verified is the only work worth a long-term partnership.
What we stand for
Six principles we never compromise on
Judgment first
Before selling any execution, we judge whether it's worth doing, where to start, and how far to go. We don't inflate expectations to close a deal.
Evidence over claims
Baselines, change logs, citation tracking, and measurement definitions: every deliverable is verifiable. No black-box reporting.
Honest boundaries
We don't promise what we can't control. Model outputs belong to no one; we answer for the process and the probabilities.
Long-term by design
No short-term spikes, no content spam. We build compounding, durable assets that remain yours after the engagement ends.
Compliance as a floor
We follow platform rules and advertising regulations: no fake reviews, no fabricated citations, no misleading AI or users.
Your judgment matters most
We don't just deliver results. We want every engagement to make you better at judging GEO, even if you never hire us again.

Our team
You can't explain a business you don't understand
GEO is not a purely technical job. Answering "does AI understand your business?" requires the team to understand your business first: your industry, customers, and competitive landscape.
Our members come from search marketing, content strategy, data science, and outbound service backgrounds. Many have spent years serving cross-border and export teams and know the differences in brand expression between Chinese- and English-language contexts. A strategist leads each engagement, with engineers and analysts working on the same chain: strategy, execution, measurement.
We never outsource core judgment. Question-set design, strategy conclusions, and reporting definitions are all produced in-house, with names attached.
How we work
Remote-first, logged, bilingual
Remote collaboration
We serve clients worldwide with an all-online workflow. Meetings at key milestones; everything else runs async, with no drain on your day-to-day.
Everything logged
Every conclusion traces back to raw records: test captures, change logs, source links, and measurement definitions.
Bilingual delivery
Chinese-English bilingual reports and execution materials for outbound companies. English-language work is reviewed by native-level editors.
